Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in technology supporting complex enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years in senior engineering, lead, or architecture roles.
• Experience with mission-critical production systems in financial services.
• Leadership in architecture & engineering decisions across teams.
• Expertise in support, release management, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate the technical vision for FX platforms.
• Lead architecture decisions across trading, pricing, and settlements.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to align with standards.
• Evaluate technologies to improve scalability and automation.
• Lead modernization initiatives and vendor integrations.
• Act as primary technical escalation point for complex issues.
• Own the Design, Build, Run lifecycle of squad platforms.
