U.S. Bank is seeking a highly motivated Associate for its Foreign Exchange Trading team in New York.

You will engage with senior traders to build and expand our FX market making across Spot, Forward, Basis, and Options, while interacting with Sales and Quant groups to broaden client franchises and product offerings. The role emphasizes collaboration among stakeholders, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering or related field.
• Strong quantitative ability and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (VBA), Python, AI coding techniques, and Bloomberg.

Mansioni

• Execute FX trades (spot, forward, basis, options), manage client order flow and trade queries.
• Analyze global FX markets, macroeconomic trends and data to support market-making activity.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies aligned with client portfolios.
• Partner with Sales, relationship bankers, treasury consultants, and credit managers to address client needs.
• Coordinate with sales, middle office, and back-office teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support team operations and contribute to a collaborative desk culture.
