U.S. Bank is seeking an Associate to join its Foreign Exchange Trading team in New York. You will engage with senior traders as they build and expand our FX market making across spot, forward, basis and options.

You will analyze global markets, price trades, manage risk, and collaborate with Sales, treasury and Quant teams to grow client franchise. A bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 2–3 years FX experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering or related field.
• Strong quantitative ability.
• Proficiency in Excel (VBA), Python, AI coding techniques, and Bloomberg.

Mansioni

• Execute FX trades (spot, forward, basis, options), manage client order flow and trade queries.
• Analyze global FX markets, macroeconomic trends and relevant data to support market-making activity.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies aligned with client portfolios.
• Partner with Sales, relationship bankers, treasury consultants, and credit managers to address client needs.
• Coordinate with sales, middle office, and back-office teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support team operations and contribute to a collaborative desk culture.
