U.S. Bank is seeking a Foreign Exchange Operations Support Leader to guide risk, drive change, and strengthen the end-to-end FX lifecycle.

You will partner with Operations, Risk, Technology, Compliance, and the Front Office to embed controls and improve operational resilience in a fast-moving global environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Typically eight or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational risk oversight for Foreign Exchange Operations.
• Partner with leaders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and the Front Office to identify emerging risks and drive solutions.
• Monitor operational health, incident trends, control effectiveness, and remediation activities.
• Act as a key escalation point for material operational, regulatory, and business issues.
• Evaluate operational readiness and risk impacts of changes across business, technology, and regulatory domains.
• Collaborate to ensure controls, procedures, and risk considerations are incorporated before implementation.
• Drive change initiatives with oversight and Challenge to help teams make informed decisions.
• Analyze FX trade lifecycle processes and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and risk reduction.
