Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an experienced Foreign Exchange Operations Support Leader to partner with Operations, Risk, Technology, Compliance, and Front Office.

You will oversee operational risk, support enterprise change initiatives, and guide strategic decisions in a fast-paced FX environment. You will influence senior leaders, ensure robust controls, and drive improvements across the global FX trade lifecycle, including trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of related FX/risk operations experience.
• Deep understanding of Foreign Exchange products and trade lifecycle operations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Front Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational risk oversight for Foreign Exchange Operations.
• Partner with leaders to identify emerging risks and drive solutions.
• Monitor incident trends, control effectiveness, and remediation activities.
• Lead change initiatives, ensuring controls and risk considerations are embedded before implementation.
• Strengthen governance and operational readiness across the FX organization.
