Job summary

tastyfx in Chicago is seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join the RFED team. You will communicate about financial news, client inquiries, and market events, collaborating with colleagues to deliver results and drive client success.

The role emphasizes a proactive, curious mindset and strong communication skills. Licensing with the NFA is encouraged, with Series 3/34 preferred. Office located in the West Loop, Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of related industry experience.
• Knowledge of financial markets and daily interest in economic events.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Willing to become registered with the NFA (Series 3/34 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to deliver results for tastyfx and RFED.
• Liaison between team and executives to drive RFED business.
• Assist with developing and directing RFED activities.
• Execute orders for US clients on FX.
• Help clients with inquiries about positions, trades, statements, and platform issues.
• Provide attentive listening to understand client needs on every call.
• Proactively onboard and fund new clients.
• Build rapport and enhance the client experience while expanding relationships.
• Contribute ideas to improve business processes and technology.
• Record trades and complete daily trade checks.
