Job summary

tastytrade is seeking a Client Relationship Representative in Chicago, IL to collaborate with the RFED team, handle client inquiries, and support onboarding. The role emphasizes client engagement, financial markets knowledge, and proactive communication to build strong relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in the industry, strong customer service skills, and willingness to obtain required licenses (Series 3/34) if not already held. A discretionary bonus based on performance is offered.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in financial markets and building a career in this dynamic industry.
• Strong customer service and client engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to deliver results based on goals created by tastyfx.
• Liaison between team and executives to help create synergy for the RFED Business.
• Assist with developing and directing the RFED business.
• Execute orders for US clients on FX.
• Help clients with inquiries about positions, trades, statements, platform issues and payments.
• Demonstrate active listening on every call to understand needs.
