Current USF student with Federal Work Study award for Fall 2026-Spring 2027 is required. The role offers flexible hours up to 20 per week and a chance to gain hands-on experience in finance operations.

Qualifications

• Current USF student with Federal Work Study award for current academic year.
• Must have a current FWS award for the current academic year to apply.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and good judgment.
• Willingness to work outside an office environment on occasion.
• Excellent professional demeanor, self-motivated and flexible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills including Word, Excel, presentations, websites, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Support Auxiliary Services Operations team in related duties.
• Assist with vending audits for beverage and snack services.
• Support Reverse Vending Machine program.
• Assist with dining equipment inventory surveys.
• Participate in marketing initiatives for vendor campus events.
• Clerical tasks using Word and Excel and label creation.
• Routine office duties such as photocopying, e-filing, computer work, and errands.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.
