  • Keep shared workspaces clean and organized.
  • Assist with organizing supply areas, maintaining common spaces, shredding and recycling, and routine office upkeep.
  • Contribute to projects such as preparing thank-you letters, organizing digital files, and assisting with communications and department initiatives.

The College of Behavioral & Community Sciences Dean's Office is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Federal Work-Study (FWS) Student Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in a professional office environment. This position plays an important role in maintaining daily office operations, assisting faculty, staff, and visitors, and supporting special projects across multiple departments.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Students must have been awarded Federal Work Study for the 2026 - 2027 school year and be available to work on campus.
  • Work schedules will be developed collaboratively with the supervisor and will vary based on student availability, and school schedules.

  • Additional duties include organizing supply areas, maintaining common spaces, supporting document shredding and recycling, and assisting with routine office upkeep.
  • Student assistants will also contribute to a variety of projects, such as preparing thank-you letters, organizing digital files, and assisting with communications, technology inventory, and other departmental initiatives as assigned.
