JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Surveillance Lead Vice President to cover North America and Latin America futures trade activity. You will review alerts, identify potential market manipulation, and partner with global surveillance teams to strengthen the program.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with Line of Business, Compliance, and Legal, supporting regulatory exams, and driving new surveillance initiatives

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of trade surveillance or related financial industry experience.
• Knowledge of futures products.
• Knowledge of industry rules and market structure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner with key stakeholders and technology partners.
• Experience with surveillance tools such as Actimise, SMARTS or Bloomberg, and with Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Review surveillance output and analyze futures trading activity to identify potential manipulation or impermissible behavior.
• Collaborate with Line of Business management and Compliance stakeholders to review and resolve activity.
• Coordinate with global and regional teams to promote the program and responsibilities.
• Support regulatory exams and inquiries with rigorous analyses and coordination with Legal.
• Define requirements and tests for new surveillances and implement processes and procedures.
