Job summary

Societe Generale in the Americas Compliance division seeks a Trade Surveillance professional to review alerts, assess risk, and ensure regulatory compliance across trading activities.

You will participate in regional and global initiatives, help develop and test new controls, perform user acceptance testing, and contribute to management metrics and reporting in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in trade surveillance or compliance.
• Knowledge of banking, broker-dealer and futures regulations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review trade surveillance alerts and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in development, testing and implementation of new trade surveillance controls.
• Perform user acceptance and reasonability testing of controls.
• Contribute to management metrics and reporting; participate in regional/global initiatives.
