Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Project Manager in the US Operations Business Management team to lead regulatory, operational, technology, and business transformation initiatives across Commodities and Global Markets Operations. You will develop project plans, manage risks, track milestones, and ensure a smooth transition to BAU by coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Front Office teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, business change, regulatory implementation, or operations delivery within financial services.
• Strong understanding of operational risk management, controls, governance frameworks, and audit-ready documentation practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of management reporting, governance materials, procedures, and project documentation.
• Experience identifying, managing, and escalating risks, dependencies, issues, and resource constraints while ensuring timely project execution.
