Job summary

Commonpoint is seeking a FutureReady Coordinator in the Youth Employment Department to advance work-based learning across NYC schools. You will coordinate the Workplace Challenge, manage logistics and documentation, and support students, employers, and partners to deliver high-quality, career-connected experiences.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in youth development / related field.
• 2+ years of experience with high school-aged youth or coordinating education/workforce programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple schools and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of Workplace Challenge and FutureReady NYC work-based learning across schools.
• Manage timelines, logistics, student participation, and employer engagement from planning to completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data tracking for program accountability.
• Prepare students and partners for successful engagement through orientations and career readiness activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner organizations to ensure program goals are met.
