Schedule/Expected work hours
  • 6–8-hour day and evening shifts
  • Full and part-time positions available
  • Minimum one-weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
Responsibilities
  • Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.
  • Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
  • Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
  • Support daily Retreat operations including check-in, transitions, and front desk excellence.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
  • Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
  • Previous experience in membership sales is required.
  • Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust.
  • Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.
  • Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
  • Thrives in collaborative team settings.
