Job summary

Tetra Pak in Denton, Texas, invites graduates to join the Future Talent – Services Sales Engineer program, an 18-month leadership track with rotations, international assignments, and hands-on project experience. You will build leadership and business skills while contributing to service opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Two start dates are offered (Feb 8, 2027 or July 19, 2027); you will travel up to 10% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver durable service solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related fields required.
  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Good computer skills and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

  • Promote services, analyze sales opportunities, negotiate and close deals with Services Key Account Managers and Services Account Managers.
  • Maintain customer relationships from an operational perspective and handle transactional sales.
  • Interact daily with customers, set up services, assist in ordering parts and invoicing.
  • Analyze and follow up on customer satisfaction results with Services functions.
  • Manage technical sales including all commercial activities and technical support for plant components, spare parts, upgrades.
  • Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events and timely installation of rebuilding kits.
  • Prepare service contracts, planning and execution, and confirm resources for delivery of services.
