Job summary

Tetra Pak in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota invites recent graduates to join the Future Talent Program - Leadership Track as Sales Support Specialist. This 18‑month program develops leadership and business knowledge in a global environment with rotations, international assignments, and a tailored development plan.

You will support the Services Sales team for membranes, help shape replacement strategy, forecast sales, and assist customers and internal teams. Travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or engineering.
• Graduating between May 2026 and June 2027.
• Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of other data analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation with empathy.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Interest in membrane filtration plants, preferably dairy industry.
• Excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
• Proactive self-starter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Support Services Sales team focused on membranes for filtration equipment.
• Help create membrane replacement strategy.
• Forecast sales and manage membrane inventory.
• Be the point of contact for selected Customers, Sales managers, and external colleagues.
• Handle transactions, set up services, assist in ordering parts and invoicing.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
• Strengthen relationships with key membrane suppliers.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and provide input.
• Participate in managing technical sales and related support for filtration equipment.
• Assist customers with planning for service and maintenance events and timely installations.
