Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field and interest in advancing your career.
• Willingness to travel about 10% of the time.
• Strong Excel skills and ideally Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of a World Class Manufacturing culture.
• Assist in setting up and following the organization’s strategy.
• Analyze production losses and conduct data analysis to identify top losses.
• Participate in maintenance pillars and safety initiatives.
• Learn and use WCM tools and monitor key area indicators.
• Improve production line reliability and diagnose complex equipment issues.
