Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching and training.
• Manage store financial health including sales, proper inventory/cash controls, and profit & loss accountability.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruitment and retention strategies.
• Create teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints effectively.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
