Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Strong communication with guests and team at all levels.
• Willing to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials including sales, inventory, cash controls, and payroll/P&L guidance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain a winning team.
• Create Teammate schedules to ensure proper coverage and business needs.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Oversee building, equipment and grounds maintenance.
