The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive a top-notch shopping experience for guests in Shawnee, Oklahoma. You will lead daily sales, merchandising, and operations, partner with the Store Manager, recruit Teammates, and train them to deliver legendary service.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with expanded leadership duties. You will mentor Teammates, manage guest relations, and support the leadership team to maintain Buckle’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and store operations.
• Recruit and train Teammates; lead in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain visual standards and support loss prevention and de-escalation.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive sales and guest loyalty policies.
