Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail environment and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates expectations to direct reports.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district support.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and makes recommendations.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination considerations.
• Maintains store standards and customer service, adhering to policies.
