ALDI Howell is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will own customer service, merchandising, scheduling, and policy compliance while building capability across associates in a fast-paced retail setting.

Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with an estimated first-year earnings range of $81,000–$104,000 including salary and bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to meet KPI goals.
• Communicate responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
