Qualifications

• Desirable retail home furnishings experience; we train.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage all aspects of daily store operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe store environment.
• Foster employee engagement and motivation and a positive workplace culture.
• Maximize store performance through hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee store security, cash handling, financials, marketing initiatives, and reporting.
• Direct inventory control and keep products clean, organized, and attractive.
• Identify customer needs to stay responsive to market demands.
• Maintain Rent One brand reputation in the community.
