CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in California designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on learning with coaching from experienced leaders.

Selected SMITs will engage with district leaders, HR partners, and store managers to grow leadership capabilities and prepare for advancement to store management roles while meeting performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Experience in merchandising to grow store sales.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets.
