Whistle Express Car Wash in Grand Junction, CO is seeking an Assistant Site Manager who will work with the Site Manager to lead the team, own the guest experience, and solve problems in real time to keep operations running at full speed.

You will develop people, uphold safety and quality standards, drive membership promotions, and make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Prior supervisory experience is preferred and leadership ownership matters more than the title.

Responsabilités

• Assist in onboarding and coaching team members to align with company values and site procedures.
• Greet and engage customers to ensure a positive experience and promote memberships.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily operations to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Assist in promoting unlimited wash memberships and other services to drive revenue.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest practical improvements to keep operations smooth.
