This role is a proving ground for future Site Managers, with opportunities to grow into leadership. You will be involved in onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and promoting memberships while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Team Development & Support: onboarding, guidance, scheduling, recognition, addressing conflicts.
• Customer Experience: greet customers, answer questions, resolve concerns, promote memberships.
• Operational Excellence: check equipment, safety, cleaning, inventory, suggest improvements.
• Sales Support: upsell memberships, promote services, support promotions, track sales.
• Problem-Solving & Decision Making: identify issues, provide practical solutions, quick decisions.
