Job summary

NSA is seeking multilingual Language Analysts to support the SIGINT mission. MDLAs may participate in the Language Analysis Development Program (LADP) or direct hire into analytic positions across multiple offices.

The LADP offers intensive training with 4–5 operational tours to build core analytic competencies. Applicants should be proficient in the target language at ILR 2/2 and have relevant experience in language work or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for target language.
• At least one year of relevant experience in language work or related fields such as intelligence analysis, international relations, security studies, or STEM topics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, translate, transcribe foreign language material.
• Research cultures and geopolitical contexts to support SIGINT mission.
• Develop creative solutions to analytic problems from disparate data.
• Craft written and oral assessments with insights not available from other disciplines.
• Work independently and collaboratively with NSA and IC partners.
