Job summary

NSA is seeking Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs) to support SIGINT missions. Roles may start in the Language Analysis Development Program (LADP) or be filled directly into analytic offices based on skill and experience.

Proficiency in target languages at ILR 2/2 is required, with strong analytical and communication abilities. The position offers opportunities across NSA locations (GA, HI, MD, UT) with a focus on rapid skill development and cross-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for target language.
• Relevant experience in language work or related fields such as intelligence analysis, security studies, or STEM.
• Leadership experience may be considered for Full Performance and Senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, translate, and transcribe foreign language materials.
• Provide written and oral assessments and reports to support SIGINT mission.
• Mentor and coach other Language Analysts as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and IC partners to address analytic challenges.
