Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions seeks a candidate for the Leadership Development Program Rooms Division. You will oversee front office operations and guest services, guiding teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll Lead with Love—mentoring associates and resolving issues promptly while maintaining high service standards. Position starts as early as September with pay rate $22–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field.
• Previous use of a Property Management System.
• Significant guest resolution and service recovery experience.
• Attention to detail, organized, forward-thinking, and motivational.
• Experience scheduling 10+ associates.
• Proven experience in teaching others.
• Fun and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and special requests.
• Lead, train, and support front desk and bell staff, promoting service excellence.
• Handle guest concerns or service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless guest stay.
• Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and performance metrics.
