Qualifications

• Minimum two years of QSR supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, train staff and conduct evaluations.
• Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week and be on-call.

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Leads a staff of 4–12 and manages performance.
• Ensures food safety, product prep, and cleanliness standards.
• Supports local marketing initiatives and sales efforts.
