World Wide Wings is seeking a Department Manager to lead the Heart of House, Bar and Hospitality teams at our Yuba City location. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory, while ensuring safety and profitability across shifts.

This role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to coach managers, manage costs, and uphold food quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school education or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, recruitment, hiring, and team member development responsibilities.
• Budgeted labor and revenue management across departments.
• Supervise Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality operations on a shift basis.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach managers on performance management and conduct.
