Responsibilities

• Staffing, succession planning and development of Department Team Members.
• Schedule weekly department plans within labor guidelines.
• Coach and develop Bar, HOH and Hospitality Managers to ensure service standards.
• Oversee food and beverage cost, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through GEM and guest feedback processes.
