Qualifications

• Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, recruiting, hiring, and development of department team members.
• Oversee HOH, Bar, and Hospitality operations to meet safety and profitability goals.
• Coach and develop managers; manage schedules and labor within budgets.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints; manage vendor relationships.
