Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff staffing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and development of department team members.
• Plan and manage labor within budget, including scheduling.
• Coach and mentor managers and bartenders to meet service standards.
• Oversee HOH, Bar and Hospitality operations and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory, food quality, and vendor relations to ensure timely deliveries.
