Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Performance Consulting, User Experience Design, Operations, and/or Learning Technology.
• Demonstrated ability to design innovative talent and learning solutions that drive organizational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, workforce development, and learning technologies.
• Ability to partner with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Strong consulting, partnership, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning and performance needs analyses to identify capability gaps and business opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement learning and talent solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
• Create and maintain multi-year learning roadmaps for Asset Management Technology and Asset Management Finance.
• Establish measurement strategies and evaluate program effectiveness through metrics and reporting.
• Manage external learning vendors and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Lead Skills of the Future planning, coordination, implementation, and reporting.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to align talent development strategies with priorities.
• Drive workforce readiness by building future-focused capabilities and supporting enterprise learning initiatives.
• Translate business challenges into impactful learning solutions as a trusted advisor.
