• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, workforce development, and learning technologies.
• Ability to partner with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Strong consulting, partnership, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning and performance needs analyses to identify capability gaps and business opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement learning and talent solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
• Create and maintain multi-year learning roadmaps for Asset Management Technology and Asset Management Finance.
• Establish measurement strategies and evaluate program effectiveness through metrics and reporting.
• Manage external learning vendors and ensure successful solution delivery.

**The Role**As a member of the Asset Management Human Resources organization, you will join the Asset Management Talent Development team and serve as the lead Performance Consultant for the Asset Management Technology and Asset Management Finance organizations.
