This program provides hands‑on experience across four tracks: Strategy & Transformation, Sourcing, Planning & Logistics, and Technology, designed to build leadership capabilities and practical business impact.

You will work on data‑driven projects, develop dashboards, and support end‑to‑end supply chain improvements, while learning from seasoned leaders in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Student eligibility: Current student pursuing a four‑year undergraduate or graduate degree with an expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are expected.
• Ability to work across teams and drive results.
• Interest in supply chain, technology, data analytics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategy & Transformation, Sourcing, Planning & Logistics, and Technology tracks through hands‑on projects.
• Analyze data, build dashboards, and translate insights into business actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations.
