Job summary

Austincc is offering a supply chain internship inside our global operations team. You will dig into data, track root causes, and help the team make faster, better decisions.

Responsibilities include PO tracking, supplier communication, ERP data upkeep, inbound logistics coordination, and building practical Excel dashboards. You’ll join supplier calls and document action items for follow-up.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in SCM/Operations/Logistics/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Detail-oriented and organized; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain operations, including PO tracking, supplier communication, and inventory monitoring.
• Analyze supply and demand data to flag risks and surface opportunities for cost or lead-time improvement.
• Help maintain ERP data accuracy — item masters, lead times, safety stock levels.
• Assist in coordinating inbound logistics for international shipments, including documentation and carrier follow-ups.
• Build and update reporting tools (Excel, dashboards) that the team actually uses.
• Sit in on supplier calls and cross-functional meetings; document action items and follow through.
