Job summary

Walgreens Madison seeks a Store Manager to supervise customer service associates, oversee the front end of the store, and support both Pharmacy and Retail store operations. You will work with the Store Manager to meet company deliverables and maintain store performance.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, manage scheduling and performance, handle discipline, and ensure adherence to policies while driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; all majors welcome.
• High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience acceptable.
• Fluency in English; strong communication and leadership skills.
