Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, front-end and pharmacy, with schedule and shift management.
• Coach and develop team; resolve issues to meet customer needs and loyalty.
• Analyze performance data and drive store improvements with the Manager.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, cash handling, and inventory controls.
• Support pharmacy operations during busy periods and potential role flexibility.
