Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. offers a two-year Development Programs with rotational assignments across PCC facilities in the United States, designed for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates. Participants relocate to various US locations with regional preferences and a July 12, 2027 start date.

The program features mentorship, access to PCC leadership, and a comprehensive training suite including in-person and online resources to bridge college to career transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Integration, Automation Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
• Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be a U.S. Person*
• Must be willing to relocate twice (program roles located in various US locations only)
• The program allows members to preference regions.

Responsibilities

• Learn the PCC Corporate Automation Standards foundations in year one.
• Year two placements to build on year one foundations across PCC locations.

Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity program two year, rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC’s business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company. This program is specifically designed for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates. This position will be in various locations so you must be willing to relocate (US only). The program allows members to preference region(s). Start date for this role is July 12, 2027.

Program Design

• First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of our Corporate Automation Standards.

• Second year members will be placed at another PCC location continuing to build on the foundations learned in year one, by effectively

Minimum Qualifications
