Thompson Gray Inc is seeking a highly analytical Program Manager to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. This hybrid role engages as the primary point of accountability to the COR and leads a multi-site effort across IMCOM entities and garrisons.
The successful candidate will manage a cross-functional team, maintain PM Plans, own the QC program, and sustain staffing above 95%. Expect executive briefings and quarterly reviews with KO and COR, plus on-site support as needed.

The ideal candidate will lead overall execution of an effort supporting IMCOM G4's enterprise Real Property Asset Management program across HQ IMCOM, five Installation Directorates, and 82 CONUS garrisons.
