Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc is seeking a highly analytical Program Manager to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. This hybrid role engages as the primary point of accountability to the COR and leads a multi-site effort across IMCOM entities and garrisons.

The successful candidate will manage a cross-functional team, maintain PM Plans, own the QC program, and sustain staffing above 95%. Expect executive briefings and quarterly reviews with KO and COR, plus on-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience in defense or aerospace.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Advanced degree or related certifications may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Single point of accountability to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Maintain the Project Management Plan and Master POA&M.
• Own the Quality Control Plan and execution.
• Sustain Key Personnel staffing at 95%+ with vacancies under 30 days.
• Deliver executive-level briefings to HQDA, IMCOM, and DoD stakeholders.
• Chair quarterly performance reviews with KO and COR.
• Provide on-site support to HQ IMCOM for urgent matters.
