Job summary

Thompson Gray seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. You will lead data standardization, reconcile data across Army systems, and establish metrics to prove data accuracy to Government leadership.

Responsibilities include defining asset data formats, populating dashboards, conducting quarterly reconciliations, and tracking KPIs. Strong experience in data analytics for asset management is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional data analytics experience in financial and asset management.
• Experience supporting IMCOM is required or preferred.
• Clearance: No security clearance; favorably adjudicated NACI for CAC issuance.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management.

This roleleads data standardization, reconciliation, and visualization across Army real property and real estate systems, and establishes the metrics that evidence data accuracy to Government leadership.

• Define and implement standard asset data formats. Reconcile data across Army real property and real estate systems.
• Populate and support inventory metric dashboards.
• Conduct quarterly reconciliations to identify data errors and omissions.
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators for real property data accuracy and report results quarterly to leadership.
• Recommend improvements based on KPI trends and root cause analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience performing data analytics for financial and asset management functions, including a minimum of 4 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM.
• Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Clearance: No security clearance required; all work is performed at the Unclassified level. Requires favorably adjudicated NACI (or higher) for Common Access Card issuance, Army Account Verification System registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• GFEBS data extraction and reconciliation.
• Dashboard development in Government-approved tools.
• Experience reconciling across ePRISMS, IGI&S, ASIP, and MPDSS.
