Job summary

Thompson Gray seeks a detailed Data Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. The role leads data standardization, reconciliation, and visualization across Army systems, and establishes metrics evidencing data accuracy for Government leadership.

Responsibilities include defining asset data formats, reconciling data, building dashboards, quarterly reconciliations, and KPI reporting. Preferred: GFEBS, cross-system reconciliation, and Government-approved dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics for financial and asset management.
• 4+ years supporting IMCOM experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree as listed.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management.

This role leads data standardization, reconciliation, and visualization across Army real property and real estate systems, and establishes the metrics that evidence data accuracy to Government leadership.

• Define and implement standard asset data formats. Reconcile data across Army real property and real estate systems.
• Populate and support inventory metric dashboards.
• Conduct quarterly reconciliations to identify data errors and omissions.
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators for real property data accuracy and report results quarterly to leadership.
• Recommend improvements based on KPI trends and root cause analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience performing data analytics for financial and asset management functions, including a minimum of 4 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM.
• Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Clearance: No security clearance required; all work is performed at the Unclassified level. Requires favorably adjudicated NACI (or higher) for Common Access Card issuance, Army Account Verification System registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• GFEBS data extraction and reconciliation.
• Dashboard development in Government-approved tools.
• Experience reconciling across ePRISMS, IGI&S, ASIP, and MPDSS.
