Qualifications

• Experience demonstrating critical thinking, deadlines, crossfunctional communication, and high consequence decision making.
• 4-year degree and 3+ years in the workforce or 10+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across two related businesses: general contracting and specialty utility operation.
• Manage and develop field teams and project managers.
• Own client and vendor relationships, including sales conversations and proposals.
• Build and refine operational systems, scheduling, and processes for scalability.
• Move into a role with real P&L accountability and decision-making authority in owner's absence.
