Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking a Director of Construction to provide executive leadership across Off-Site Production, Project Management, and Field Operations from handoff to closeout. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality while driving profitability and continuous improvement.

In this role you will mentor construction leaders, help shape strategy, allocate resources, review major change orders, and partner with senior management to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct all construction operations including factory, project, and field teams.
• Establish standards and policies for safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Allocate personnel and resources across multiple projects for peak performance.
• Provide executive oversight from preconstruction through closeout.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, risk, cash flow, and profitability with Senior PMs.
• Review major change orders and recovery plans; ensure timely reporting and client communication.
