Job summary

Exhibit Pros, a Las Vegas-based firm specializing in fabricating custom trade show displays, is seeking a driven Project Coordinator. You will provide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers and help manage complex event planning.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in proposal writing or event planning, is tech-savvy, and eager to grow into a project management role. Training on platforms like Monday.com, ExhibitForce, and IntelliEvent will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s Degree (BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in proposal writing, event planning, conventions, or trade shows preferred.
• Tech-savvy – ability to learn new project management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and adaptable with ability to execute quickly and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and editing/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers.
• Manage and prioritize complex event planning and trade show coordination, including completing trade show forms.
• Collaborate with vendors, shipping teams, graphics designers, and other departments.
• Process work orders, submittals, and material requisitions.
• Engage with clients via email and phone to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Train on and utilize industry-specific project management platforms: Monday.com, ExhibitForce, IntelliEvent.
• Assist in developing bids, proposals, and processing orders.

Exhibit Pros is looking for a driven, highly skilled professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. We are seeking an ambitious individual with strong technology skills, proposal-writing experience, and a passion for growth. The ideal candidate is reliable, quick to learn, and eager to advance within our company. While trade show industry experience is a plus, it is not required—we are willing to train the right person. This role offers hands-on training and valuable industry experience.

• Additional marketing knowledge is a plus.
