Job description

Job Summary

• Each morning, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll travel in one of our Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with a Crew Leader) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• Current service offerings: Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Holiday Light Installations.
• You may meet with customers while performing the service to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations throughout the day; primary Customer Service responsibilities will be led by a Crew Leader.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle and equipment are clean and ready for the next day’s work.

• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 75 pounds.

• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Must have a strong work ethic and enjoy high levels of extended activity.
