Job summary

A window cleaning service in Columbia, SC is hiring for a full-time position. You will work in teams to provide residential and commercial window cleaning services. Responsibilities include traveling to job sites, ensuring customer expectations are met, and recapping the day’s work with your team. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and not be afraid of heights. Training is provided, making it suitable for those without prior experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Experience is not required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day's plan.
• Travel to customer properties using Shine vehicles.
• Work in 2-man crews to provide cleaning services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during the job.
• Recap the day's work with the team at the office.

Skills

Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan
• Dispatch from office/shop and travel to customer's properties in Shine vehicles
• 2-man crews begin cleaning services at residential and commercial properties
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day
